Asian Glazed Salmon


  • 1/2 C. brown sugar
  • 1/3 C. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 4 salmon fillets


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the marinade ingredients in a saucepan, and heat until bubbly. Pour marinade over salmon fillets in a baking pan. Bake for 8 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
